Wallaby Responded to my first chat text on Friday 9pm regarding to my inquiry for immediate quote. contacted the next morning by them on Saturday. Wallaby dedicated to work around the clock for our needs. Johnathan and Brandon came out Monday with competitive rate, as others I signed the contract the same day with huge discount. Both work in junction to called my well Fargo creditors helping me transfer my window project previously from Window World Company that had just fail to meet up what it had offered in contract to me. The transfer was smooth. Both gentlemen are professional, highly knowledgable in the actual window installation work, with its rule and regulations in our state verse others who are trained just to quote yet not understand the work that involved around the window itself. Their knowledge had taken my stress of anxiety away from worrying if window work from unskilled worker would damage more and devalue the property. I was constantly informed and updated weekly about my windows status up until their final beauty are now glowing in my renovated home like a mansion.

I can’t thank you enough to wallaby management Mr. Johnathan, Brandon and its crew for excellent work and impressive customer service. I won’t have my families or friends do their windows replacement else where but only here Wallaby Window of Greater Woodlands!

Purchasing an older home here close to the east end downtown my old windows were horrible. During the time I was working a lot and needed to find new windows before the heat hits. I was searching on thumbtack and found wallaby windows. I received a call/text immediately. During that time I was working out of town which wallaby windows kept me informed and in the loop on every window I could possibly go with.

Pricing was great for the 25 windows I had to replace in my home. Couple weeks later after ordering my windows boom Now I can view the beautiful birds directly outside my front window.

I found them thru my Wells Fargo Home Projects Card because love the 18 months same as cash option. They replaced my bathroom glass block window and 7 others. One was very custom. Smooth process. No high pressure sales. I did get a discount for signing on the day of the estimate. Installers were very professional. The only hang up was my 20 year old windows were hard to remove but they got it done. I blame Texas weather for that. I plan to bring them back for a new front door and the windows around the door next year.

Johnathan came and measured by door and walked me through the process of replacing the current front door. (Lengthy process). It was a simple process of the agreement and I got to sign all the documents online. Johnathan was quick to get an appointment time and worked with my schedule.
